PRKatalog is a free, human-reviewed web directory and website-quality database. We help people discover useful websites by topic and compare factual information from editorial review and technical scans.
What PRKatalog is
PRKatalog is a bilingual (English and Polish) directory organised into clear topical categories and tags. Each accepted listing has a profile with editorial information, classification, and — after a completed scan — transparent website-quality data. The catalog is curated: we would rather list fewer, better websites than everything that gets submitted.
How listings are reviewed
Anyone can submit a website for free. Each submission is inspected automatically (title, description, category detection, favicon and a preview) and then manually reviewed before it goes live. We reject low-quality, unsafe, or spammy sites. Approved listings receive a category page placement and a dofollow link, and owners can verify ownership to manage their entry.
How the quality score works
Every approved website enters the automated scan queue. A 0–100 score is published only after a complete result is available across performance, SEO, security, accessibility, trust, hosting, email, and AI-readiness. Failed or incomplete scans remain unscored, and payment never changes a result.
Why a curated directory still matters
A moderated, topically organised directory gives readers a compact alternative to algorithmic search: stable categories, comparable facts, visible review criteria, and direct routes to useful websites. For site owners it is an additional discovery channel that does not depend on a single platform.
Corrections and accountability
Website information can become outdated, and automated checks can fail or change. Site owners and readers can report incorrect descriptions, category assignments, broken links, or disputed reviews by email. We verify material corrections before updating a public profile and remove unsafe or inactive destinations when confirmed.
Editorial independence
PRKatalog currently offers standard submissions without charge. A website's inclusion, category, description, review status, and quality score are not purchased. If optional paid features are introduced later, they will be labelled and will not alter the technical scoring method.
